Have you ever been running (and I use this term loosely) on a treadmill and felt sorry for anyone who was behind you? I have and unfortunately it happened just this week. I hope the man wearing the Russell Athletics stocking cap and the shirt with the quote "Whatever happens at the River, stays at the River" woke up with his sight hte next morning. It is my ambition to one day be able to move on a treadmill like this lady. Get it Girl!
